Distinguished educational leader Flora Mahmood has dedicated over 21 years to advancing academic excellence and driving innovation across Pakistan’s educational landscape. An IBEN Evaluation Leader, she is the only Pakistani qualified to evaluate IB schools worldwide. At Chughtai International School, Flora leads an inspired team building a bespoke institution grounded in the IB triad of agency, play, and inquiry. From 2019 to 2023, as Superintendent, she spearheaded large-scale expansions and unified academic strategies for prominent school networks, leaving a lasting legacy. Earlier, Flora guided the flagship campus of another renowned school chain through its maiden international accreditation, elevating standards to their highest-ever. In early leadership roles over 2010-18, she revolutionised career counselling programmes, opening doors to top-tier universities worldwide, while pushing boundaries to inspire success and relentlessly pursuing excellence.
